HRC sponsors the film “Hate Crime” at the North Carolina Gay and Lesbian Film Festival (NCGLFF)

Robbie Levinson and Trey McCoy suddenly find themselves dealing with prejudice and hostility as their new neighbor, Chris Boyd, begins to threaten their lives.  One evening, Trey sets out on his nightly walk with their dog and never returns. Durham’s SIGNATURE EVENT, The North Carolina Gay and Lesbian Film Festival, is celebrating its 10th anniversary August 11th-14th, 2005; now the second largest LGBT film festival in the Southeastern US. New advance purchase discount film ticket packages available: 10-pack of films for $62 or a 6-pack for $38.50. These advance discount packages go on sale Monday, July 18th and sales end Wednesday, August 10 at 9:00PM. Single tickets are $7.50 and can be purchased starting July 18th and throughout the festival.
